If you do use a contact form, Covo collects this Personal Identification Information (PII): name, email address and phone number. And in some cases professional job title, registration number or role.

Covo will keep your Personal Identifiable Information (PII) for a maximum of seven years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting the database records containing Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
